Subclass 189 - Australian Skilled Independent Visa

Applicant must hold a suitable skill assessment for the occupation

Applicant must have a skill accepted by 189 occupation list

This is a Permanent visa for applicants who possess skills that are in requirement by Australian Government. This visa is based of a Points system. With this visa the applicant can live and work anywhere in Australia.

Visa Criteria

Applicant must have atleast Competent grade in English

Applicant must be under the age of 45

Applicants must score atleast 65 in the points system

Applicant must meet Health and Character requirements

Subclass 190 - Nominated Visa

 

This is a permanent visa which allows skills workers who are nominated by Australian state or territory government to live and work in Australia.

Visa Criteria:

Applicants must have a skill accepted by 190 visa occupation list

Applicants must hold a suitable skill assessment for the occupation

Applicants must have atleast Competent grade in English

Applicants must score atleast 65 in the points system

Applicants must meet Health and Character requirements

 

This visa allows skilled workers to live, work and study in designated Regional areas of Australia for up to 5 years. Visa holders will be eligible to apply for Permanent Residency after 3 years. 

This visa must be nominated either 

  • An Australian state or territory government agency  or

  • Sponsored by an eligible family member residing in designated regional area and be invited to apply for the visa, following submission of Expression of Interest in Skill select.

Visa Criteria

Subclass 491 - Skilled work Regional Provisional Visa

Applicants must score atleast 65 in points system

Applicants must be nominated to apply by Australian State or Territory government agency, or an eligible relative must sponsor you.

Applicants must hold a suitable skill assessment for the occupation

Applicants must have a skill accepted by the 491 visa occupation list
